Deer Creek Triathlon

The Kissel family (my husband, sister-in-law, & father-in-law) competed in an Olympic Triathlon (1000 m swim, 18 mi bike, 6 mi run) at Deer Creek.  Jeff (my husband) finished first in his age group and top 15 overall.  His sister got a personal best for olympic distance and his father did great as well.  Below are some pictures from the event.  For more detailed information of Jeff’s performance see his blog.

Today we decided to check out a new Cincinnati park called Glenwood Gardens. We took Derby for the 2.5 mile hike around the sites which also gave me an opportunity to catch some great photo shots. Enjoy!
